We check all of our goods thoroughly before posting however we know sometimes mistakes can be made. If your goods are faulty you must email us at email@example.com before returning to be given the address for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers reponsibility.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind or the goods do not fit, we are happy for you to return the goods within 10 days of your sales receipt and a credit with a 6 month expiry will be issued to you. The item must be returned to us unworn and in the same manner it left our store. If you are wanting to return an item you must first email us firstname.lastname@example.org to be issued with the addtess for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers responsibility.
Please note that there are no returns on sale items unless the item is damaged or does not match the description which will fall into the categories described above.
